The Last Time w/ Risco & Slate Label

The Last Time are a 4 piece rising indie-pop band from Sunderland. Over the past few years, they have made their mark on the local music scene with performances at venues such as Independent and The Bunker, where they supported Tom A. Smith, as well as appearances at Waves Festival, the BBC Introducing Stage at Redcar Kite Festival and most recently, the Mercury Prize Fringe Week at Pop Recs.

The band have been supported continuously by Sunderland’s Young Musician’s Project, which has previously had close
links with local artists including Faye Fantarrow, Isabel Maria and Eve Cole. The Last Time recorded their debut single, “Feel It Now,” with rising Newcastle-based producer Josh Ingledew at Blank Studios towards the end of 2024. Released on 11th April alongside a launch show at The Ship Isis in Sunderland, the single was extremely well received and also received BBC Introducing airplay. The band are now preparing to release their second single, “Getting Older,” as they continue to build momentum and expand their presence in the region.
